It is recommended to rest 2 days each week. We recommend that these days be Wednesday and Saturday, however you may change them to your liking.

The first time doing the exercises may be harder. Your arms may get tired quicker. In order to prevent this tiredness, you should divide the exercise into two or even three parts.

In the case that you were not able to do the exercises for one or more days, or couldn't finish all the routines, you shouldn't worry. Do not try to recuperate for the days you lost. Instead, continue to follow the schedule given to you, and pick up on the day you left off.

Consistency is fundamental for any success. In order to see good results that are permanent, you should be persistent. Do not give up at the beginning even though it may be a lot of work. Your breasts will slowly become used to the routines, and you will eventually start to see results.
