The tenth exercise is key for developing the volume of your breasts. While we are stretching the skin backwards, we will grab it by covering the breasts with both hands. Next we should apply enough pressure to keep the blood in them. Keep this pressure applied for about 20 seconds each time (note: the first few times may be too hard to keep this position).

It is important that during the exercise you notice an elevated pressure in your breast, of course without having to experience any type of pain or nuisance. The intensity and strength can be measured with your thumbs, in such a way that the closer they are when grabbing your breasts, the greater the pressure will be when applied. Conversely, the further separated the thumbs are, the less ability to apply intensity exists. It is recommended to start with the thumbs separated only centimeters a part, so afterwards you can increase as weeks go by.

We never recommend this exercise to our members who have not spent at least 6 weeks with our program. This is due the high level of intensity and strength required to complete the routine. By directly skipping to this exercise and not having accustomed your breasts to previous conditioning, you are placing your body at risk to harm.

This exercise is incredibly beneficial for increasing the size and volume of the breasts in an overall natural aspect.
