Place your fingers so they are touching the nipple just above the breasts, just as you see done in the video. Once we are in the right position, we should start to do a massage directly on the breast with two fingers.
This massage should be done from the most outward part of the breast to the nipple. The movement should be firm and progressive. This pressure should only be applied with the tips of the fingers directly above the breast.
You should do these exercises in a counter-clockwise motion around the entirety of the breast. It is advisable to place pressure until you have completed the exercise around the entire surface of the breast. You should repeat the exercise various times on each breast.
The correct use of the routine is very positive for stimulating the blood circulation inside the breasts, and can even prevent possible blood build up in this area.
This exercise can be done from the first day of training, although it should be done with a lower level of intensity, of course. When you increase with weeks you may add the intensity to this exercise as you like. |
