Without a doubt this is one of the most effective exercises for improving the physical qualities of a woman's breasts. With both hands, cover the breast in such a way that the thumbs are upwards and the remaining fingers are below. However, in this case it isn't necessary to put the thumbs together.

Once you have the breasts grabbed, you should make a light pressure on the upper and lower part without clamping the chest. You should be careful not to press the breast too much because it may, as a result, cause damage.

After, in a continuous motion without jumps, stretch from one side downward with the hand as far as you can. Later, return to the initial position and repeat the movement with the opposite hand. This movement should be progressive, symmetrical, continuous, and always cautious - preventing sudden jerks in the movement which can be painful.

In all the exercises, and especially this one, you should make sure that your breasts are completely prepared for doing this exercise. Many of you will ask yourself, how do you know? But know one will know better than yourself. Once 4-5 weeks of exercises have passed, and after you have exercised your breasts in such the way we have suggested, you will be ready.
