Standing on your feet in vertical position, put your hands together at the same height of your breasts. This is a very similar position in the sense of someone praying.
Once we are ready, we only need to move the wrist, lowering the hands downward without losing their position. When we arrive to the lowest position possible, we will have to hold it for a few seconds, and return upwards by doing the inverse movement.
It is important not to move the hands, and try to maintain the hands united without separating one from the other. When repeating the exercise you should feel a light tension in the hands and in the breast. This movement will strengthen the muscles in the pectoral zone, practically without any force. |
