This last exercise is very similar to the previous one in its execution. You should grab both hands, intertwining the fingers just as shown in the video, just a little higher than your breasts.

The fingers should be strongly intertwined. With each hand you should make a slight pressure towards the center. When we have the hands stiff, we should make a turn with the wrists upward and downward, always trying to maintain the position of the arms in respect to the body.

Just like in the previous exercise, it is recommended to do this in vertical position to prevent possible curves in the back. In order to know that the exercise is being done correctly, you should notice a light pressure in the wrists as well as the breasts. This movement will reinforce the muscles.

Doing this exercise is ideal for ending with daily routines and other exercises, since it contains many pauses and less intensity than others. Remember, in addition, that you should always start your routines with the warm-up.
