Watch your posture: When training with elastic bands, you must take special caution with the position of the body and of the hands. The back should be kept as straight as possible in every exercise that you do.

Warm-up: Whenever you are going to do any type of exercise with elastic bands, we recommend you to due a little warm-up of the upper body and muscles. Never do this exercises without having warmed up beforehand.
