Our very exclusive program of exercises is composed of three levels which are very essential for the successfulness in your results. These lets will depend on the level of intensity and length that each one requires. As the weeks progress our members will be able to increase the times of each exercise and add other new routines.
It is very important to respect the times and instructions of each exercise, each and every single one. It is also important to have completed each one of them so your breasts are prepared for the routines to follow. As in every routine, we will go from less to more, therefore it is important to have consistency and patience in order to see results. |

The warm up is a vital part of our program. You must always start by completing this exercise. By doing so you are warming up your breasts before starting with the other exercises of the program. This, basically, prevents and avoids all lesions and pains during the program, as well as improving the blood flow. |

The part of embarkation on the road to bigger and better breasts will be this first level. This first section will last you until the 7th consecutive week of the program. It is necessary to start with these first routines that are outlined for your in order to accustom your breasts to the movements and massages you will be receiving later on. All of this will, essentially, improve the firmness and volume of your breasts, so don't skip it.
In the aforementioned period, between the 1st and 3rd week, we will do 7 different exercises each day. Each one of these daily exercises will last 3 minutes, including any and all warm-up times. This will only consume about 21 minutes of our time. Slowly we will begin to see the first results in your breasts.
Between the 4th and 7th week we will increase the duration of each exercise to 3 - 4 minutes. In such a case, the total time each day will increase up to 28 minutes. The intensity will be the same and we will not yet introduce new exercises.

This second level starts from the 8th and lasts until the 14th week. During this time we will go about increasing the intensity and duration of each exercise previously learned. Your breasts will have been accustomed to the exercises done for the last 7 weeks. Moreover, we are going to incorporate two new exercises that will complete the ones before. This will improve circulation in the bust area and increase firmness.
It is important that you feel that your breasts are prepared to continue with the exercises of the next level (in the case that you are not prepared, you may continue in the beginning level until you are able to achieve a comfortable)
In the period between the 8th and the 10th week, we will do 8 exercises daily, each one consisting of at least 4 minutes. Thus, the total daily time of exercise will increase to 32 minutes each day. We will also incorporate into the program a new exercise known as the "central slide," which will help us increase our bust line even more.
During the 11th and 14th weeks we will hike up the time for each exercise to 4-5 minutes. By doing this, the overall time each day for the completion of exercises will become 32 minutes. The intensity will also be somewhat greater than the previous weeks, but never reaching the maximum. We will also incorporate a new exercise known as the "hi-power," and in this exercise it will be imperative to have completed all the previous exercises correctly, respecting the time charts each day.

This more advanced level of exercises is specifically designed to fully complete the program. It starts during the 15th week and lasts until the 21st. During these weeks we will intensify to the maximum both the pressure and time for all exercises.
In the period that goes from the 15th to 17th week we will do 7 exercises each day, each one lasting about 6 minutes with maximum intensity. The total daily time for these exercises will increase to 42 minutes. Because the time is so considerably long, you may divide each exercise into two parts. This means that instead of doing 6 minutes of an exercise in a consecutive manner, to instead to 3 minutes for each but doing them twice. If you complete the routines in this manner you are less likely to become tired in the arms and breasts.
During the 18th and 21st week we will increase the number of daily exercises, those of which will last up to 8-6 minutes. By doing this we have to dedicate 48 minutes each day in order to complete the program in its entirety. As before, due to the lengthy manner of the exercises, we can divide them into two parts. For example, 24 minutes through the morning and the remaining 24 minutes in the afternoon. Even though the majority of women prefer to do them all together.

Congratulations! You have completed the program and are enjoying the great advantages of having firmer and better formed breasts.
However, we recommend that you don't abandon the program right away, but that you slowly phase out more and more. Finishing the program in this manner will further help your breasts keep the results that you achieved.
This period of phasing out may last up to 3 weeks more, which we will complete 14 exercises, 2 minutes each one. By doing this we will be able to keep and maintain the gains while at the same time leaving the program in a progressive manner.
