We will start the exercise placing both hands around the nipple, in such a way that the thumbs are on top of each other, as you can see in the video.

Once we are in the initial position, press the skin back with both hands, trying not to place a lot of force directly on the nipple. The movement should be soft and at the same time strong and continuous. It is important that you do not press your breast against your body, only the skin.

With this movement you should feel as if your skin is sliding on top of your breast. This cleans the mammary of accumulated blood from over time, and as a by-product, reactivating the blood circulation in the area (along with all the benefits this has).

Press against the skin with your fingers for several seconds until they touch the body. As soon as they touch you should return to the initial position, relaxing yourself and later repeating the same exercise as much as necessary. You must complete 25 repetitions with each breast at least once a day.

Just like in the previous exercises, your breasts should slowly and progressively get used to the movements and changes that are being produced. Realize that most people do not regularly exercise their breasts, and as a result this area needs more time to build up a resistance level to the healing of muscles and their sudden use. Once this period has passed, you will see how much easier the exercise will be to complete.
