Place your breasts between your hands just as you seen it done in the video. It is very important to keep the fingers completely stretched on the upper and lower part of the breast.

Once you are in the appropriate position, press with both hands as if you wanted to unite them. You will notice a pressure in your breasts that is caused from this pushing. Keep in mind that this pressure should never be a nuisance or cause you any pain.

When you are pressing on top of your breasts, you should hold the position for approximately 25 seconds. After this hold you should slowly relax and return to start on the other breast. In order to do this exercise correctly, we will change from one breast to the other, since we have to use both hands for one breast.

You will have to increase the duration and intensity of the pressure applied to the breast according to the passing of the weeks. In the beginning you will only apply a moderate pressure to gradually increase for other weeks.
