In this exercise we will do each shoulder in a different way. Place the left hand on the inside of the right breast, and with the palm of the hand push the breast outward. Remember that the pressure should be exercised with the palm of the hand and the wrist. Never should it be from the fingers of your hands.

This is an exercise very similar to the others, since you will have to hold the maximum position for about 25 seconds, with the purpose of later retracting to the initial position.

Once we have finished the time of the exercise, repeat it with the right hand on the other breast, following the previous instructions. Try to keep the back as erect as possible in order to obtain the best results.
