This exercise should always be done first and before all the other exercises as a warm-up. You should increase the time and intensity of the exercise according to the progressing weeks that agree with the guidelines of the program.

With both hands grab both breasts firmly. After, in a smooth movement, turn the breasts in clockwise direction, afterwards do the same technique but in counter clockwise.

Remember that it is fundamental to do this exercise first before any other.
