To perform this second exercise you should be on both feet, standing in front of a mirror. By doing this you permit to see your own reflection, checking to make sure that every move is correct.

Firstly, you should put your hands between the armpits and nipples. Once we are in this position, we should start to push softly, but firmly, both breasts forward with the palms of the hands. Once they are the closest they can be to each other, hold them there for approximately 25 seconds for the first sets. Afterwards, return to the initial position in a slow and progressive movement. The pressure should be done with the palm of the hand, not the fingers.

In the case that your breasts do not unite due to their small size, reproduce the same motion until you achieve the best union as possible. Of course, without causing yourself any pain or annoyance.
