This eighth exercise is excellent for your breasts to gain flexibility, firmness, and volume. In order to start, it is important to have a suitable position to be able to exercise the breasts in such a way that we want.

Place the right hand between both breasts in such a way that the pinky touches the left breast - as shown in the video and images. Push as hard as you can towards the center of your body, with the opposite hand between the breast. Your breast will stretch on top of the hand that holds it from the force exerted by the palm of the other hand, leaving the breast stretched between both hands.

Once you have stretched the breasts to its maximum position, relax the hands and your breasts. Repeat the exercise again but on the other breast. You should always be conscientious about not causing any type of pain or damage to your breast from stretching it with too much force. That is why we recommend you to slowly adapt to this exercise.
