Put your hands together at breast height in a "praying" position, maintaining the arms in a straight angle - as lifted as possible. It is necessary this exercise be done on foot to keep the back and body erect.

Push with one hand while the other opposes the resistance, move them towards the other side. The swinging of the arms from one side to the other should be regular and progressive. Try not to lose your arm's position in respect to the breasts.
