In vertical position, and with the back as straight as possible, breath deeply, and hold the your breath at the same time by tightening your buttocks. Place your arms together, intertwining the fingers and keeping the palms upward.

The forearm must be practically at an angle, as tight to the chest as possible. After, slowly relax the arms very progressively downward, until they completely separate. Now return to your initial position.
