This exercise is very popular in almost all breast enlargement programs because it does a great job in toning the pectoral zone. With your hands, grab the opposite arm at elbow height. Do just as it is shown in the first images.
Lift up the arms as straight as possible without jerking the hands. Push the skin vigorously along with the muscles of your forearm. Maintain the arms at the height of your mouth and nose. It is essential that you keep your arms in this position for 30 seconds.
Later, slowly lower you arms until they are completely relaxed. Wait about 10 seconds in the relaxed position before going back to repeat the exercise. You should do this 5-6 times. It is always recommended to this exercise after you wake up and before going to bed. |
