If you haven't spent much time doing any type of physical activity or gymnastics, do not force it. The intensity will increase with the exercises little by little.

It is recommended that you stretch your arms, legs, and neck before starting the workout.

In some cases, there may appear reddening on your breasts. You should not be frightened because in a few days they will disappear. This does not mean that you are doing a bad job, rather, the contrary: your breasts are starting to change.

This exercises are individually oriented. When you have been doing them for several months, you should increase the number of repetitions, the duration, and the intensity.
