Before starting the exercises it is very important to carefully read all the instructions and recommendations that we have given you below:


- Carefully read all of the information and legal terms of the program.

- Breasts are one of the most sensitive and delicate parts of your body. They will be especially sensitive during the first days of exercising. Your breasts will gradually become accustomed to the changes, but in the beginning the exercises may produce somewhat uncomfortable sensations. However, these sensations should dissappear in a few days. The veins will enlarge during the beginning from the action of the exercises.

- In the case that you notice any type of pain, reddening, or other troubles, stop doing the routines for a few days until they dissapear.

- It is fundamental that you follow the instructions we give you in the "Work out table" if you want to obtain optimum results. Moreover, you should keep in mind that there are 3 different levels of intensity and time in our program. Try not to jump the levels of exercises, as this can result to be dangerous to your body. - Always start with the warm-up exercises to prevent possible pain, lesions, or trouble during the routines that follow.

- Do not go to advanced level exercises (average or advanced) without having passed the minimum amount of weeks that we recommend. These higher exercises require previous preparation due to their intensity and duration. Therefore, it is highly important that you complete all the necesary steps before moving onto the next level.

- Recuperation days, also known as rest days, are very fundamental for getting to the end of the program and enjoying the results of larger and firmer breasts. Do not skip days of rest!

- It is recommended to do the exercises the first few times in front of a mirror in order to see how you are doing them. This can improve the execution and posture. When we have collected enough practice, this won't be necessary, but still may be wanted on your behalf.


Our recommendation is that you use a hydrating cream after the exercises to improve and hydrate the texture of your breasts' skin. However, many of our members have used lubricant in the form of soap or cream, improving the softness and hydration of the skin when doing certain exercises in the program. Make sure the cream or soap you use do not cause irritation on your skin.
