As in the previous exercise, this exercise should also be done, preferably, standing-up and in front of a mirror. Place your hands together, intertwining the fingers and pressing both arms towards the chest. Without stopping from pressing, stretch the arms slowly forward to the height of your shoulders.

Stretch your arms completely, which should be left stretched at a height just a little higher than the breasts. This is when you should relax the arms, returning to the initial position.

Although it may be hard for you at the beginning, you must do 20 repetitions. Remember that as the weeks go by, the exercises will grow a familiarity with your muscles (this is called muscle memory), and will progressively become loosened and stronger.
